同埋呢!自家整的饅頭蒸起上黎好軟綿綿架!
連我唔鍾意食蒸包包都覺得好好味呀!

1. 先把所有材料拌勻,然後搓至麵糰滑身不沾手,搓的時間大約5分鐘便可
2. 把麵糰鬆弛5分鐘,取出擀成長方形,再摺三摺,然後又擀成長方形
3. 把長方形麵糰捲起,再輕輕搓揉數下,把麵糰搓長一點和粗細均一
4. 切去頭尾,把麵糰切成等份,放上入爐紙上,再放上另一塊入爐紙(或輕毛巾或蒸爐內)蓋著,發酵20分鐘
5. 發酵完成後,便可放入蒸爐,中火蒸約15分鐘便可
6. 將蒸好的饅頭掃上一層油,以250度高架焗5分鐘或至金黃便可

做法:
2. 把麵糰鬆弛5分鐘,取出擀成長方形,再摺三摺,然後又擀成長方形

4. 切去頭尾,把麵糰切成等份,放上入爐紙上,再放上另一塊入爐紙(或輕毛巾或蒸爐內)蓋著,發酵20分鐘
